Once contact has been made I will respond in whichever media was used to discuss your idea, this will start our "project meeting". There is no fee or cost for this meeting, however you should come prepared with your idea, any reference images or sites you think are relevant, a general idea of desired colors and a PayPal account. All transaction are invoiced via PayPal for your safety and mine. Some projects may require a 50% deposit before work is started.
Once we have agreed on your idea I will begin the sketch stage, I will pass these sketches to you for approval then move on to line work and color. Once line work and basic color is finished I will pass these images to you for approval.
If you have any questions during the process please ask them, I will do my very best to give you a fair and welcoming experience!

Many aspects of character/creature creation vary greatly, design requirements, guidelines and other needs can affect price. Please make all needs known at the start of a project.

Rush orders will be an additional 50% per item cost. Rush orders must be paid in full upon order. Cancellation policy applies to Rush Orders.
Revisions: Once a project has moved past the sketch/initial design phase any revisions will require an additional $5 USD fee per revision. This is to protect my time as well as yours, so the project continues moving forward with meaningful progress.

There are some exceptions to this, for example, wanting to revise color on an emote project will not require a revision fee. I will make sure you are aware if a revision requires the revision fee before the decision is made.
Order Cancellations: In the event that your project required a deposit and you need to cancel, 50% of your deposit will be returned. If the project is cancelled within 48 hours of agreement on the project the entire deposit will be returned to you.
